BioDiem Limited (“BDM”) or (“the Company”) is a public company which is not listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). It was previously listed on the ASX but de-listed on the 15th November 2013. Buying and selling of securities can occur through use of an Off-Market Transfer form, available through the BioDiem Share Registry, Computershare.
To provide shareholders an opportunity to trade BDM ordinary shares and preference shares the Company has arranged with Vistra to maintain a Register of Interest. The Register records expressions of interest for buying and selling shares and preference shares.
To join the Register of Interest as a buyer or a seller, please email registry@biodiem.com with your name, email address, the number of securities to buy or sell, the price requested and the time period you would like your securities to remain on the Register.
Where buy and sell interests match, the interested parties will be introduced after the appropriate consent has been received by both parties. Once agreement has been reached between interested parties, the Company’s Share Registry, Computershare will arrange processing of the documentation. Privacy issues for BDM shareholders will be strictly maintained.
